1. How long will it take to receive my order?

For our customers across the United Kingdom, we follow this delivery schedule:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (GMT)

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping Time: 7–8 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–10 business days, including handling and transit.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All UK orders qualify for Free Shipping with no minimum purchase required. The price at checkout is the final total and includes VAT.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a unique tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly using the link provided in that email.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@mansuristore.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

5. What is your return window?

You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

6. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: No cost to you (£0.00). We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own trackable return shipping. Pre-paid labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns.

7. Are there any restocking fees?

No. Mansuri does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

8. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

9. How do exchanges work?

Exchanges are processed without any additional fees. You cover the cost of returning the original item to us, and we will ship your replacement item free of charge once your return is received and inspected.
