1. Accepted Payment Methods

We use Stripe, a secure and trusted payment gateway, to process all transactions. The following payment options are supported:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Other Methods: Any additional local payment options supported by Stripe in the UK.

  • Currency: All payments are processed and settled in British Pounds (GBP).

2. Payment Processing

  • Upfront Payment: Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

  • Verification: Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified by our system.

  • Payment Failure: If a payment is declined or fails through Stripe, your order will not be confirmed or fulfilled.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • Currency Standard: All prices on our website are listed in GBP.

  • Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Final Totals: The total price at checkout includes the product cost and any applicable shipping fees.

  • VAT: In accordance with UK law, VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in all prices unless stated otherwise.

4. Secure Payment Processing

We use SSL encryption and Stripe’s globally trusted platform to ensure your transactions are secure.

  • Data Privacy: No payment information (such as credit card numbers) is stored on our servers.

  • Secure Handling: All sensitive billing details are handled exclusively by Stripe.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Policy Compliance: Refunds are processed strictly according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Original Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used through Stripe.

  • Dispute Resolution: Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you encounter any billing issues, please contact us first at contact@mansuristore.com to resolve the matter promptly.

6. Fraud Prevention

    • Active Monitoring: Transactions are monitored by Mansuri and Stripe for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

    • Order Holds: We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

    • Verification: High-value transactions may require additional identity verification to protect both the customer and our store.
